¿Qué es Democracia?

Last week, our students and families in America experienced something I lived when I was in Venezuela at an early age to comprehend. I lived in the República of Venezuela. A democratic society, prosperous, and contemporary. For many years I learned the meaning of words like democracy, Libertad, and Derechos Humanos. However, things changed for Venezuela. In class, we discussed what does it mean to no longer have Republica and Democracia. Students answered their views in Español and answered five questions illustrated in some of the pictures you see in the post. I am so proud of them that I believe we will have a better future because of the commitment and love I heard through their responses.

Muy Bien chicos!!!
